The company started in 1992 as a specialized high end audio firm producing a new line of accessories and top class products. By 1994, after several third party audio manufacturing experiences and creating a solid commercial infrastructure, Goldenote began committing resources to its own vertically integrated line of audio products with true audiophile performance.

In late 2000, after 3 years of continuous research and experience, the Company followed up with a more ambitious line of audio products, and in 2002 this experience opened the doors to expanding the market internationally.
